What's included
Price quoted for each service covers carrying out the following tasks.
Inspect and replenish high voltage battery coolant, replace when due
Inspect and replenish driving and charging system coolant
Replace Air Conditioner Filter at every second service
Lubricate locks, hinges & bonnet latch
Inspect Tire condition & inflation pressure
Inspect Steering wheel & linkage
Inspect Seat belts, buckles & anchors
Inspect Drive shaft & boots
Inspect Play/tightness for lower bolt/nut and ball joint grease leak on chassis and body

Mandatory Service Items Based on Driving Conditions
The items listed below are required to be changed at the applicable service(s) based on the vehicle’s age, mileage and driving conditions. They must be carried out when due, at additional cost.
Your KGM SsangYong dealer is in the best position to discuss your vehicle’s servicing needs and will carry out replacement of these items at the applicable service(s).

Severe Driving Conditions
If your vehicle is operated under severe conditions, it may require more frequent servicing. Please discuss the service requirements with your KGM SsangYong dealer.
Examples of severe driving conditions include:
High load driving such as trailer or caravan towing.
Frequent stop-and-go traffic, extended idling, short driving distance below 6km in every drive cycle, driving distance below 16km when the outside temperature remains below freezing.
Offroad driving.
Driving in a hilly or mountainous terrain, or in sandy, dusty, or pollutant areas.
Used for commercial purposes, such as taxi, patrol or delivery service (extended idling and excessive driving with low speed).
In heavy city traffic where the outside temperature regularly reaches 32°C or higher.
*The complimentary service is available for Musso EV and Torres EVX only. Customers must have the complimentary service booked and carried out at an authorised KGM dealer within 6 months after the first registration date or within 5,000km, whichever occurs first. The complimentary service can be claimed once only and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is in addition to the servicing requirements at the standard intervals of every 12 months or 20,000km (whichever occurs first).
